Zurich have a highly regarded claims process. The speed and process they use are second to none and the claims handlers are given a specific (and very limited) amount of time in which they are meant to deal with people; and they usually do. However they were falling down on the empathy side of things, which when you hear stories of claims made, you know that's an absolutely necessity in this job.
We were tasked with creating some sort of film to help try and communicate the message. This video would be used as part of the training their staff were going to undergo.
I wrote the script in around 30 minutes and then a team was brought together to help make it come to life. We had the perfect client contact. Very trusting, able to give feedback on the spot and allowed us to do our job effectively and within budget.
