Avery Dennison had a problem. Not a unique one unfortunately; the representation of women in c-suite positions was not high enough.
They wanted a campaign identity that would encourage women to apply for roles, and moreso, encourage those in positions that could influence the decisions to get them there.

Inspiration was taken from many places: He For She; Nike; Breast Cancer Research; Adidas; "This Girl Can".
The final piece wowed the client (with them saying it should be used for something bigger than an internal company campaign). 'Together' is self explanatory; it speaks to the business in that together they can achieve better results and pushes the mission to get women in the c-suite world by highlighting the word 'her'.
