Certain brief elements under an NDA
In North America Audi had some specific KPIs they were targeted to meet. To achieve this, they’d developed 8 Key Success Factors.
Alongside numerous skills workshops and training materials (including interactive PDFs etc), a campaign was requested to push the Success Factors internally. When talking to Audi, it became apparent what they actually needed, was a bigger, overarching campaign for the strategy being implemented. Audi agreed, so we worked on it.
The first round of concepts were well received, however halted due to some client side restructure. One month later they were back in touch and keen to move forward. The focus was to be put on results, making sure to reflect Audi's history (which is extremely important to Audi).
