Please Note: Rich Pictures, also known as Strategy Maps, often carry lots of confidential information and meaning. Therefore some details have been held back due to NDA’s…but know everything drawn has a reason behind it. (They’re actually pretty useless on their own, but when coupled with a storybook or other communication tool, they are a powerful tool to help generate conversation and explain complicated subjects.)
In an attempt to liven up some pretty mundane content, Telefonica requested some creative input into some internal sessions they were running. To make things more playful, and give them the opportunity to bring in some gameplay through custom pinball machines, this approach was born. Not a true Rich Picture in that it doesn’t talk about strategic objectives, this illustration does, however, have conversation and development talking points for the managers, along with a points scoring element for sessions attended.
