Omega Pharma had a target to hit a certain amount of sales by a specific date, and they needed help to make it happen. We were brought in to create a campaign that would build a strong identity and get everyone on board, working towards the same goal. It was all about getting the team motivated and engaged in reaching that target.
Creative Director/Design Lead [Hands On, Client Facing]
Tasks: Ideation; Quality Assurance; Team Management; Guidance.
My role was made incredibly easy thanks to the amazing Ian Friday, Senior Designer in the team. We worked on some ideas together at the start, and then once things were sured up with the client, Ian was let loose. I then acted as a guide and QA on the project, and the work done by Ian on this project was fantastic, so there was minimal hands on work by myself.
Taking inspiration from Tour de France (as Omega Pharma sponsored a well known cycling team), the identity and elements all leant on that theme. Leaderboards and awards (digital and physical) gave a competitive/gaming aspect for the all departments at Omega Pharma, adding to the experience of the whole company.
