G4S was on a mission to make sure all their employees, no matter where they were in the world, knew the company's values inside and out. That's where I and my team came in. They tasked us with creating a communication tool that would showcase these values and could be accessed by anyone, anywhere, at any time. It had to be watchable on a person's own schedule and easy to find no matter where you were.
