RBS wanted a printed document that could easily be added to. Initially around 400 pages of content, this document comprised of a thorough customer service manual, and performance report elements; most were sheets to insert into the ring binder, and also a few a multipage booklets.

A corporate layout with easy to use templates, and a folder to house the materials...nothing fancy, just an effective, paper based solution with a clean, crisp design.
